Erica Baptiste is a fine artist who works out of her home studio in Brooklyn, New York. Her delicate approach to surrealism uses figures and natural forms to expose emotionally charged expressions of the human experience. Baptiste’s drawings tell intimate stories of anxiety and pain that are both relatable and slightly unsettling.

Alexandra Museum in Louisiana, Sinclair College in Pennsylvania, and the 12th Annual League of American Pen Women in Arkansas. I work in most of the two-dimensional mediums. With my watercolors. I prefer to build up many layers of transparent color. Light and shadow, repetition of shapes and contrast are all an important part of my work. I love color, but value is more important to me.
Jennifer Smiley is a wildlife and pet portrait artist with a love for wildlife and beautiful, high quality art work. Jennifer currently lives in sunny Arizona. She works in various forms of pastel, priding herself on her realism and capturing the emotion and detail behind each individual animal. She has always had a passion for wildlife and finds her art is the best way to express this. Jennifer hopes that her work can emphasize both the beauty and fragility of the animal kingdom while helping create awareness for the ever decreasing natural world.
