Jesse Currier - Looking On The Bright Side
(acrylic on canvas)
30'' x 30''
Statement:
My paintings are a deep expression of my feelings, I never plan a painting, my colors and design come as I place them on my canvas. This creates a painting which comes from within myself. I am inspired everyday from things I see in this beautiful world we live in. Painting is such a joy to my heart and soul it is my true passion. Life is colorful and glorious, always take the time to see its beauty.
Holger A. Baehr - Glowing Fields I
(acrylic on canvas)
180 x 180 cm
Statement:
Working with acrylic on canvas, I use paint in either a layering or sketching process. Often I work on a series of paintings at a time; each one feeds the next and brings a certain harmony to the body of work. Whilst some pieces stand alone, new direction in my work has resulted in certain pieces being connected to each other, and consequently should remain side by side in a series as one piece.
